What is the NOX Traveller?

The NOX Traveller is a discreet intimacy kit designed in Melbourne. It is built to look like a small piece of luggage, so it sits on your nightstand without drawing attention. The Gift Set includes a beginner-friendly device, a UV self-cleaning charging case, a couples blindfold, an intimacy card game, a sticker pack and a USB-C charger.

Will people know what it is?

That is the whole idea. The case is designed to look like mini luggage rather than a toy, so it blends in at home or while travelling. It also ships in plain, unbranded packaging. The sender shows as Visora Group Pty Ltd and your bank statement shows a generic descriptor.

Is it quiet?

Yes. The device is designed to be whisper-quiet, so housemates or neighbours are unlikely to hear it.

How do I clean it?

The Gift Set case has a built-in UV light that runs a short cycle to sanitise the device while it charges inside the closed case, so there is no awkward trip to a shared bathroom.

Is it waterproof?

The device itself is water-resistant and shower-friendly. The charging case is not waterproof, so keep the case dry.

How is it charged, and how long does it last?

It charges over USB-C in about 2.5 hours for a full charge, which gives roughly 40 to 60 minutes of use. It is not a fast-charge device, so there is no need to leave it on charge overnight.

What is included in the Gift Set?

The $160 Gift Set includes the device, the UV sanitising charging case, a dual-texture couples blindfold, the intimacy card game, a pastel sticker pack, a USB-C charger and a travel case bag. The card game ($50) and the blindfold ($30) are also sold on their own.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Australia. New Zealand is next on our list. We are not open for other international orders just yet.

How much is shipping, and how fast is it?

Standard shipping within Australia is free. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our Victorian warehouse.

Is the packaging discreet enough to give as a gift?

Yes. It arrives in a plain, unbranded box and is ready to give, with no wrapping needed.

Returns and warranty

What is your returns policy?

We offer 30-day returns for faulty or defective items, refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on used or opened intimate items. Faulty goods are always covered under the Australian Consumer Law.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. The NOX Traveller comes with a 12-month warranty.
