The NOX Traveller Couples Card Game is an adult couples game with four levels, from a playful warm-up to an unhurried wind-down. Think of it as an invitation to spend an evening together, with room to pause, pass or change direction.
Designed for adults. Confidence, connection and consideration set the pace.
How to begin
Set aside some time, separate the cards by suit and read the printed game rules together. Each player starts with four Wild Cards. Begin with Diamonds, then move through Clubs, Hearts and Spades when you both want to continue.
A prompt is a suggestion, never an obligation. Talk about what feels comfortable before you start. Either person can pass, pause or stop at any time, without needing to explain.
Four levels, one evening together
The suits mark a single progression, rather than four separate games. There is no finish line to reach. Stay with a level, move on together or leave the rest for another evening.
Level 2 · Clubs
Getting closer
When you both want to continue, move to Clubs. These prompts build on the warm-up. Check in as you go, and use a Wild Card whenever you want a different direction.
Level 3 · Hearts
Going deeper
Hearts is the more intimate level of the game. Read each prompt together and decide whether it suits you both. There is no requirement to try every card or continue beyond your comfort.
Level 4 · Spades
Winding down
Spades brings the evening back to conversation. The final level uses questions to ask each other, giving you space to reflect, listen and finish in your own time.
A little room to change the plan
Each player begins with four Wild Cards: Reverse, Pass, Modification and Double Trouble. They give the game room to change direction. Read the printed rules for how each card works.
Consideration comes first
You do not need a Wild Card to say no. A rule, card or playful challenge never takes away your choice to pause or stop. Keep checking in with each other.

Which suit comes first?
Start with Diamonds. The order is Diamonds, Clubs, Hearts, then Spades. Move through the levels at a pace you both choose.
Can we skip a prompt or stop?
Yes. Either person can pass, pause or stop at any time. Use the Wild Cards according to the printed rules when you want to change a prompt during play.
