Shipping policy

NOX currently ships within Australia only. Orders include free standard shipping, tracking and discreet packaging.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our Victorian warehouse within 1–2 business days, excluding public holidays. When your order leaves us, we will email you a tracking link.

Delivery within Australia

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier conditions. Please use the tracking link in your dispatch email for the latest estimate.

If your parcel has not moved for several business days, email info@thenox.com.au with your order number and we will help you follow it up.

Discreet packaging and billing

Every order is packed in a plain, unbranded outer box. The shipping label shows Visora Group Pty Ltd. Card statements display VISORA.

New Zealand and international delivery

Online checkout is currently available for Australian delivery addresses only. New Zealand is planned next. For availability updates, join our email list or contact us.

We do not currently accept self-service orders for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom or Europe.
