- ABS case measuring 87 × 68 × 42 mm. The listed product weight is approximately 150 g. The case is not waterproof and must be kept dry.
- Battery
- USB-C charging, about 2.5 hours to full, with at least 40 minutes of use per full charge.

Your order arrives in a plain, unbranded box. The postage label shows Visora Group Pty Ltd and your bank statement uses a generic business descriptor.
What does Australian shipping cost?
The Gift Set includes free standard shipping within Australia, even when a discount is applied. For orders without the Gift Set, standard shipping is A$13 below A$149 and free from A$149 after discounts. Other items in a mixed order may still attract shipping. Orders dispatch from Victoria in 1 to 2 business days, with an estimated 2 to 6 business days in transit.
Can I return it?
Eligible change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days when the item is unopened, unused, in its original packaging and the hygiene seal is intact. The customer pays tracked return postage. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled separately under Australian Consumer Law.
What is covered by the warranty?
The product has a 12-month warranty. This sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Is the whole set waterproof?
The Traveller is waterproof. The charging case is not waterproof and must be kept dry.
